原理
镁检测试剂盒提供了一种简单、直接的方法来测量各种样品中的镁。镁浓度通过偶联酶检测法测定，该检测利用甘油激酶对 Mg2+的特定要求，产生与所含镁成比例的比色（450nm）产物。该测定给出 3-15nmol的镁的线性范围，并且对 Fe2+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Co2+、Ca2+和Mn2+ 没有可检测的干扰。
