一般描述
Tris EDTA缓冲液在分子生物学中常用于很多生物分子沉淀物（包括DNA和RNA）的重悬和保存。其中，Tris-HCl是常用缓冲液，EDTA是金属螯合剂。TE缓冲液可溶解核酸，同时保护其免受降解。可用于核酸分离，比如核酸凝胶电泳、Northern或Southern印迹杂交前的准备。
