该膜采用三明治结构。最底层纸衬片保护粘附层,而最上面的载片层保护高度柔性膜外表面,直到它被放置粘到板上。纸衬片也保证了每个单个膜的无菌。粘性密封每一个孔(不像模塑塑料盖片),能够搅动而不会发生交叉污染或微生物渗透。和大多数腐蚀剂和有机溶剂兼容,在 − 80 到 +100℃ 范围内稳定。
注意:推荐使用 Brayer(Z380067 单独出售),保证均匀粘附力并帮助去除最上面的纸衬片。

Yes, these sealing films are sterile and suitable for use in cell culture. When in place, a plate lid is not needed. These films allow for the exchange of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapors while preventing microbial/viral contamination and well-to-well cross contamination.
