Application

Isolation and differentiation of E. coli and Enterobacter, and identification of Candida albicans according to Levine.[1]

Preparation Note

Dissolve 37.5 g in 1 litre distilled water. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Pour plates.
