Application

Light Green SF Yellowish functions as an efficient histological stain for collagen. It is also used as colorant for foodstuff and beverages.
Light Green SF Yellowish has been used to determine surface structures of trypsin treated tissue sections and to stain buccal cells for slide scoring.

Suitability

Certified for use as a cytological counterstain and as a substitute for aniline blue in Gomori′s one-step trichrome procedure.
