MOPS SDS running buffer powder for mPAGE Bis-Tris gels. 5 packets. Each packet makes 1 liter of running buffer.

Application

MOPS SDS buffer is formulated for running mPAGE Bis-Tris gels. This buffer is recommended for separating large and medium-sized proteins.

Reconstitute 1 pouch of buffer powder with 1000 ml deionized water to make 1X running buffer. Do not use acid or base to adjust the pH.
