支援
固相萃取（SPE）是一種專為在色譜分析（例如 HPLC、GC、TLC）前進行快速、選擇性樣品前處理與純化而設計的技術。在 SPE 過程中，透過萃取、分配及／或吸附至固相固定相，將液態樣品中的一種或多種分析物分離出來。
透過 SPE 進行樣品前處理，可將樣品的原始基質轉變為更簡單的基質環境。這使樣品更適合後續的分析色譜分析，通常能簡化並提升最終的定性與定量分析效果。較簡單的樣品基質亦能降低對分析系統的要求，進而可能延長系統的使用壽命。
一套最佳的 SPE 程序可讓您：
- 轉換樣品基質，使其更符合目標色譜分析方法的要求。
- 濃縮分析物（痕量富集），以提高靈敏度。
- 去除在色譜分析過程中導致高背景、誤導性峰和／或靈敏度不佳的干擾物質。
- 保護分析色譜柱免受污染物影響。
- 將萃取過程自動化。
## SPE 是如何運作的？
在 SPE 中，固定相（吸附劑或樹脂）透過強而可逆的相互作用，與分析物或雜質結合，從而可靠且迅速地從複雜樣品中萃取目標分析物。
SPE 兼具選擇性與多功能性，因其可針對不同分析物與基質選用多種不同的吸附劑及洗脫條件。常見的 SPE 吸附劑包括：
- 以二氧化矽為基礎
- 反相（C18、C8、氰基、苯基）
- 正相（二氧化矽、二醇、NH₂）
- 離子交換（SAX、WCX、SCX）
- 碳基
- 聚合物基（各種組成、不同官能團）
- 其他，例如 Florisil®（矽酸鎂）或氧化鋁
- 混合床：幾乎可將上述任何材料以連續層狀形式組合
