Roche Distribution Agreement

Roche Biochemical Reagents

On July 1, 2015 we signed an exclusive, global distribution agreement for Roche Biochemical Reagents. This agreement was then renewed for another five years in 2019.

Products covered by the agreement include:

• Genomics - Products for DNA labeling and detection, restriction enzymes, molecular cloning kits, and conventional PCR applications
• Cellular Analysis - Tissue dissociation reagents, transfection reagents and functional cell assays
• Proteomics - Protease and phosphatase inhibitors, assay substrates, antibodies and protein detection and purification reagents.

Kapa Biosystems PCR and qPCR Reagents

On January 1, 2017 the global distribution agreement with Roche was expanded to include a complementary suite of high-performance, directed evolution PCR and qPCR enzyme products from Kapa Biosystems, a company acquired by Roche in 2015. This agreement does not include Kapa’s Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) portfolio, or the Kapa HiFi kits.

Select Roche Nucleic Acid Purification and qPCR Reagents

On August 1, 2017 the global distribution agreement with Roche was expanded to include the following product lines:

• Select High Pure and Genopure Kits
• Transcriptor Reagents
• EagleTaq and FastStart Master Mixes (for non-LightCycler^® Systems)
• Universal ProbeLibrary Probes and Assays.
