General description
Potter-Elvehjem type. Transparent plastic coating protects the mortar from becoming scratched or checked, and provides a sure grip and increased safety in the event of breakage. PTFE pestle mounted on a 1/4 in. diam. SS rod. Fully autoclavable. Grinding chamber clearance is 0.004 to 0.006 in. (0.1 to 0.15 mm).
