General description

Application

酵母提取物被用作多种微生物和分子遗传学应用的细菌学培养基成分。

Other Notes

自溶酵母的水溶性部分,含有完整的 B 族复合维生素。 酵母提取物是氨基酸、肽、水溶性维生素和碳水化合物组成的混合物,可用作培养基添加剂。
