氣相色譜柱
更完善的色譜分離始於選擇合適的色譜柱。在氣相色譜法中,可選用兩種類型的色譜柱:毛細管色譜柱與填充色譜柱。
填充式氣相色譜柱
填充式氣相色譜柱由不鏽鋼、聚四氟乙烯或玻璃管構成,內部填充填料(固定相)。此類色譜柱可處理較大樣品體積且不易受污染。玻璃柱適用於需高度惰性的應用場景,金屬柱適用於要求較低的應用,而聚四氟乙烯柱則為低溫應用的首選。
毛細管氣相色譜柱
毛細管氣相色譜柱最適用於高靈敏度檢測。其結構為細緻熔融石英玻璃管,固定相透過化學鍵結或塗佈方式附著於管壁內層。
