Duolink® 近接分析法
Duolink® Proximity Ligation Assays (PLA) 能夠研究內源蛋白質-蛋白質互作 (PPI) 和轉譯後修飾,為單一事件提供螢光信號,可透過顯微鏡或流式細胞計顯示訊號。為了研究蛋白質與蛋白質之間的互動,Duolink® PLA 技術使用一對以寡核苷酸標記的抗體,當這對抗體存在於 40 nm 之內,在加入標記探針後進行滾圓擴增,產生特定的螢光信號。
