General description

ZNFN1A1 is a zinc-finger transcription factor that regulates lymphocyte differentiation. Radiation-induced loss of heterozygosity at ZNFN1A1 locus has been linked to thymic lymphomas in mice.
Rabbit Anti-ZNFN1A1 antibody recognizes bovine, pig, human, mouse, rat, rabbit, and canine ZNFN1A1.

Rabbit Anti-ZNFN1A1 antibody can be used for western blot (0.5 μg/ml) and IHC (4-8 μg/ml) applications.

Biochem/physiol Actions

ZNFN1A1 has a role in progesterone activation of fatty acid amide hydrolase in human T lymphocytes.
