Gene Information

human ... ZNFN1A1(10320)

General description

ZNFN1A1 is a zinc-finger transcription factor that regulates lymphocyte differentiation. Radiation-induced loss of heterozygosity at ZNFN1A1 locus has been linked to thymic lymphomas in mice.
Rabbit Anti-ZNFN1A1 antibody recognizes bovine, pig, human, mouse, rat, rabbit, and canine ZNFN1A1.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human ZNFN1A1

Application

Rabbit Anti-ZNFN1A1 antibody can be used for western blot (0.5 μg/ml) and IHC (4-8 μg/ml) applications.

Biochem/physiol Actions

ZNFN1A1 has a role in progesterone activation of fatty acid amide hydrolase in human T lymphocytes.

Sequence

Synthetic peptide located within the following region: LHKPLAEGTPRSNHSAQDSAVENLLLLSKAKLVPSEREASPSNSCQDSTD

Physical form

Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.

Although information on the molecular pathways in radiation carcinogenesis is accumulating, the data are still relatively scanty. To find the tumor suppressor locus associated with radiation carcinogenesis, we determined the frequency and distribution of loss of heterozygosity (LOH) of X-ray-induced...

Naive CD4(+) T cells require signals from the TCR and CD28 to produce IL-2, expand, and differentiate. However, these same signals are not sufficient to induce autocrine IL-2 production by naive CD8(+) T cells, which require cytokines provided by other...
