Application

sTNF RII is a solid phase enzyme amplified sensitivity immunoassay (EASIA), which is a blend of monoclonal antibodies (MABs) directed against distinct epitopes of sTNF-RII, binding to the sTNF RII present in standards or samples. Bound protein is measured through a chromogenic reaction. The absorbance is proportional to the sTNF-RII concentration.

Features and Benefits

This ELISA is sensitive (minimum detectable concentration 0.1 ng/mL) and specific (does not crossreact with sTNF-RI and no interference with TNF-α).

Analysis Note

sTNF RII is detectable in urine, plasma, and culture supernatants.
