Application

Cytoplasmic expression of N-terminal FLAG® fusion proteins under control of the tac promoter. The FLAG®-Shift DNA sequence causes expression of FLAG® fusion proteins in all three reading frames and is ideal when the reading frame of the insert is unknown. Supplied with a pFLAG-Shift12c-BAP Control Vector.
