Microtubules are one of the main elements of the cytoskeleton, essential for cell division, cell migration, vesicle transport, and cell polarity.

Suitability

Suitable for the preparation of microtubules (tubulin) from brain tissues and cell lines. Tested on rat, rabbit, and miniature swine brain tissues. Also on HeLa and NIH3T3 cell lines.

Quantity

Sufficient for ≤50 grams of tissue.
