General description

4-Benzylpiperidine is dopamine-selective releaser[1]. It is a potential candidate for treatments for cocaine dependence[1].

Application

4-Benzylpiperidine was used to study the metabolism of 1,3-butadiene and its oxidized metabolites in perfused livers of male B6C3F1 mice and Sprague-Dawley rats[2].
