3-Amino-4-chloro-benzamide can undergo Suzuki coupling reaction with phenyl boronic acid in the presence of chloro(di-2-norbornylphosphino)(2′-dimethylamino-1,1′-biphenyl-2-yl)palladium(II) catalyst to form the corresponding biaryl aniline derivative.[1]
