1α,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3] is also known as calcitriol. It is known to monitor calcium and phosphate metabolism in humans. It also regulates insulin secretion and induces cellular differentiation.
1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (6,19,19-d3) is a deuterated vitamin wherein C-6 and C-19 protons are replaced by deuterium.

Application

1α,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 (6,19,19-d3) can be used as an analytical standard for accurate data interpretation in specific biological samples by mass spectrometry (MS).
