Application

Acrylate monomer with an activated ester for coupling (esterification/amidation) reactions
Pentafluorophenyl acrylate may be used in the preparation of highly porous polymers (poly HIPs).[1] Pentafluorophenyl acrylate (PFPA) can undergo reversible addition fragmentation transfer (RAFT) polymerization with oligoethylene glycol acrylate (OEGA) or diethylene glycol acrylate (DEGA). [2]
