Application

Aminosupersilane has been demonstrated by the MacMillan lab to be a necessary reagent in the dual catalytic nickel/photoredox cross-electrophile coupling of unactivated alkyl chlorides. The increased nucleophilicity of aminosupersilane, as compared to other organosilane reagents, is key to activating the alkyl chloride for chlorine atom abstraction.

Product can be used with our line of photoreactors: Including Penn PhD (Z744035) & SynLED 2.0 (Z744080)
