General description

Introducing our innovative silver nanoink, expertly formulated for Aerosol-Jet printing on a diverse range of substrates. This high-performance ink features silver nanoparticles with an average size of 10-20 nm, delivering exceptional conductivity and adhesion. With a higher silver concentration of approximately 65 wt/vol% and a viscosity range of 30-45 cP, this unique formulation ensures excellent solubility in nonpolar organic solvents while maintaining stability under atmospheric conditions at room temperature. Ideal for use on materials such as glass, silicon, and polyimide, our silver nanoink is particularly suitable for applications that benefit from three-dimensional printing and complex patterns, thanks to its low sintering temperature and impressive resistivity results. Designed for both industrial and innovative creative projects, this cutting-edge nanoink technology is tailored to elevate your applications with precision and versatility.

Application

Introducing our innovative silver nanoink, expertly formulated for Aerosol-Jet printing on a diverse range of substrates. This high-performance ink features silver nanoparticles with an average size of 10-20 nm, delivering exceptional conductivity and adhesion. With a higher silver concentration of approximately 55 wt% and a viscosity range of 30-45 cP, this unique formulation ensures excellent solubility in nonpolar organic solvents while maintaining stability under atmospheric conditions at room temperature.

Other Notes

To achieve optimal performance, we recommend sparging the bottle with argon to displace oxygen and moisture, ensuring a secure seal. Periodically inverting the bottle to remix the contents can also help maintain uniformity and prevent settling.
