General description
Made of 99.8% pure, recrystallized aluminum oxide for high resistance to chemical attack. For use in reducing and oxidizing atmospheres and refractory metals (such as molybdenum, platinum, rhodium, tungsten, tantalum, and iridium). O.D. dimension tolerance is +/-5%. Max. use temp. (no load): 1,750 °C.

Can this crucible withstand being put directly into an 1100 degree Celsius furnace? Most alumina crucibles I have come across have a maximum temperature change of 150 degrees Celsius per hour.
