Application
- Development of an automated sample preparation method based on solid phase extraction (SPE) to determine ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and its three primary metabolites in a variety of matrices, such as serum, saliva, and urine using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS)
- Liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) determination of cannabinoids and their metabolites in whole blood samples
- Detection and quantification of 11-Nor-∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid glucuronide (THC-COOH-glu) in hair samples by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS)
- Simultaneous residue analysis of phytocannabinoids, their metabolites, and amphetamine-type stimulants (ATS) in 11 hair samples obtained from drug users by liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS)
- Determination of measurement uncertainty in the quantitative analysis of 11-nor-∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid (THC-COOH) and its glucuronide analogue (THC-COOH-glu) from urine samples by using LC-MS/MS
Features and Benefits
- Fully characterized under ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034 accreditation
- Accompanied with a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with data on stability, homogeneity, accuracy of concentration, uncertainty, and traceability
