Method: colorimetric with color card 0.25 - 0.50 - 0.75 - 1.0 - 1.5 - 2.0 - 3.0 mg/l PO43- MQuant®
This MQuant® Phosphate test (formally MColortest®) is suitable for the colorimetric determination using the easy to use color card. The reagents are added to the sample, resulting in a color reaction. The concentration is determined by allocating the color to a value on a reference scale.
