General description

RCS® High Flow Touch is a microbial air sampling system consisting of an instrument and agar strips, for monitoring of ambient air and compressed gases. The RCS® High Flow Touch Microbial Air Sampler employs the principle of centrifugal impaction, whereby air is taken into a rotor and accelerated. The micro-organisms in the air stream are then gently applied to ready-to-use HYCON® Agar Strips which, after a defined incubation period, is evaluated. The instrument is equipped with a high-resolution color touchscreen for convenient and fast handling and the battery capacity to perform more than 35 x 1000 L measurements with one full charging cycle. The instrument is delivered in a transportation case including an USB Stick with RCS® Management software, User manual, Rotor, Protection Cap, Power Supply, Serial RS232 Cable, USB-Adapter, Calibration Certificate and a Quick Start Guide.
