Stock solutions of this product can be made in DMSO to a concentration of 100 µM. Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). DMSO stock solutions are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C. Just before use, the stock solution should be serially diluted in DMSO to a working stock that is at a 1000-fold higher concentration than the concentration desired in the final aqueous reaction mix or culture medium.
