Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied as undiluted serum. Recognizes the A1-1 form (α-form) of glutathione S-transferase (GST).
Recognizes the α-form of GST. Does not react with µ- or ϖ-GSTs.
This Anti-Glutathione S-Transferase A1-1 Rabbit pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting for the detection of Glutathione S-Transferase A1-1.
Immunogen
Human
recombinant human GST A1-1 (Cat. No. 354205)
application
Immunoblotting (1:1000; see comments)
Warning
Toxicity: Standard Handling (A)
Physical form
Serum diluted in PBS.
Reconstitution
Following initial thaw, aliquot and freeze (-20°C).
Other Notes
Holmes, J., et al. 1990. Br. J. Cancer62, 209.
Specific for the α-form of GST. Does not react with µ- or ϖ-forms of GST. For immunoblotting a dilution of 1:1000 will yield a positive result with ≥0.2 µg of human A1-1 GST, using alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as a secondary antibody. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Centrosome cohesion, mostly regarded as a proteinaceous linker between parental centrioles, ensures that the interphase centrosome(s) function as a single microtubule-organizing center. Impairment of centrosome cohesion leads to the splitting of centrosomes. Although the list of cohesion proteins is growing
