General description

Immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes phosphotyrosine-containing proteins.
Recognizes a broad spectrum of tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins in crude extracts.
This PhosphoDetect Anti-Phosphotyrosine Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation for the detection of Phosphotyrosine.

Do not use milk as a blocking agent with this antibody. Milk contains many phosphotyrosines and will adsorb the antibody. Monospecific for phosphotyrosine. Little or no cross-reactivity with phosphothreonine- or phosphoserine-containing proteins. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
