General description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by DEAE-cellulose ion exchange chromatography. Recognizes cationic trypsin.
Recognizes cationic trypsin in pancreas tissue. Does not cross-react with other plasma proteins.
This Anti-Trypsin Rabbit pAb is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunoelectrophoresis for the detection of Trypsin.
