Questions

  1. Hi, i would like to know if this GH can be diluted in destiled water and store it like a solution so i can use it in different experiments without having the necessity of weighing it everytime?

    1 answer
    1. The solubility and stability of this human growth hormone in water have not been determined in-house. The recommended solubility is in 0.01 M sodium bicarbonate. After reconstitution, it is advised to aliquot and freeze at -20°C. Stock solutions remain stable for up to 6 months at -20°C.
