Merck has validated 2 decontamination methods for the cleaning of the EZ-fit manifold and all its components (including the spare frits EZFITGASK3). One is the rinsing of the flow path, cleaning and decontaminating the manifold and its components with one of the validated cleaning agents (listed in the manifold's user guide). The second method is autoclaving at 121 °C for up to 30 minutes.

General description
o-ring kit is an additional accessory for use with EZ-Fit® Manifold. EZ-Fit® vacuum manifold is a state-of-the-art system supporting the sample filtration. The manifolds optimize the workflow, control the contamination risks, and avoid false-positive results during contamination tests. Wie viele der O-Ringe befinden sich genau in den 3 EA? Die EZFit-Filtrationsleiste gibt es in mehreren Ausführungen, ein Satz O-Ringe müsste also unterschiedlich groß sein. Oder wird grundsätzlich von 6 Ringen pro EA ausgegangen?
