UV-inactivated Staphylococcus aureas cells (ATCC# 29740).

Application

Detect Staphylococcus aureus using this Anti-Staphylococcus aureus Antibody, clone STAPH 11-248.2 validated for use in ELISA.
ELISA at 1:16,000 using 19.0 mg/mL

Optimal working dilution must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Ascites fluid. Liquid containing no preservatives.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at 2-8°C in convenient aliquots for up to 12 months from date of receipt.

During shipment, small volumes of product will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial. For products with volumes of 200μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container′s cap.
