Specificity

Expected to react with both spliced isoforms reported by UniProt (Q6ZNE5).

Application

Epitope: Internal.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in SK-OV-3 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 2.0 µg/mL of this antibody detected ATG14 in 10 µg of SK-OV-3 cell lysate.

Physical properties

~60 kDa observed. Target band size appears larger than the calculated molecular weights of 55.3 kDa (isoform 1) and 42.4 kDa (isoform 2).

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal IgG1κ antibody in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.
