Description

General description

Ultrafree^®-CL Centrifugal Filter is a single-use filter used for eliminating particulates from aqueous biological solutions. Durapore^® polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film shows the most reduced protein binding of any of the microfiltration layers.

Application

Ultrafree^®-CL Centrifugal Filter has been used in ultrafiltration to determine the water retention value of cellulose sample[1]and for raw and hydrothermally pretreated biomass from the Populus natural variants.[2] It has also been used in the purification of anti- zinc finger GRF-type containing 1, C4orf21 (ZGRF1) antibodies.[3]
