Mebendazole-d3 is a deuterated compound of anthelmintic drug, mebendazole.
Application
Mebendazole-d3 may be used as an internal standard for the determination of mebendazole in milk and animal muscle tissue samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS). It can also be used as an internal standard for the determination of levamisole and aminorex in biological samples by liquid chromatography hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-HRMS).

Multiresidue method for identification and quantification of avermectins, benzimidazoles and nitroimidazoles residues in bovine muscle tissue by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS) using a QuEChERS approach.
A confirmatory and quantitative method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the determination of mebendazole and its hydrolyzed and reduced metabolites in pork, chicken, and horse muscles was developed and validated in this study. Anthelmintic compounds were extracted with
