Application

A solid medium for the cultivation of fastidious pathogenic bacteria such as Streptococci and Neisseria.

Preparation Note

Suspend 52 g in 1 litre of distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute into tubes or flasks and sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes.
