General description
Source: Bovine thyroid gland
Formulation: Preservative-free and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Sterile filtered.
Concentration: See product insert.
Purification: Purified from cockroach extract by monoclonal antibody affinity chromatography. Purity by silver stained SDS-PAGE > 90%.
Note:
(1) Alpha-Gal forms tetramers with molecular weights of ~670 kDa
(2) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
