      Thank you for your review!

This product is manufactured by the hydrolysis of soy protein by a non-animal enzyme preparation. This Hi-soy T starts with whole soy and is one digestion with a vegetable enzyme. The digest is not filtered, but dried. It differs from the Hy-Soy J which starts with whole soy, is digested 2 times with non-animal enzymes and then filtered and dried.
When dissolved in water it will yield a turbid solution. Upon autoclaving the clarity will improve, however floculent material may be present. This material tends to settle to the bottom of the vessel. The link below to the sample CofA shows that turbidiy is expected for this preparation.
