Application
Saline sodium citrate buffer is commonly used as a wash buffer for Nucleic acid hybridization techniques like Northern and Sothern blotting.

Preparation Note
Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 1000 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 1× solution containing 150 mM NaCl and 15 mM Na3C6H5O7, pH 7.0 at 25 °C. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free.
Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be simply broken up within the pouch prior to use.
