General description

Reagent-cartridge Biotin tag-PEG3-NH2 is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the biotin tagging of aldehydes and ketones through a reductive amination. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for linking the chosen aldehyde or ketone substrate to biotin.

Scale: up to 0.1 mmol
Linker: PEG3
Terminal functional group: amine
Compatible substrates: aldehyde, ketone
