Culture Medium

RPMI-1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 2-9 x 105 cells/cm3 by addition of an equal volume of fresh medium every other day. The DMSO must be removed by centrifugation of the cells at resuscitation. 5% CO2; 37°C.
