No direct reconstitution protocol is available for this product. Based on an online literature search, the CFSE dye, purchased as carboxyfluorescein diacetate succinimidyl ester (MW 557.47 g/mole), is typically provided in 25 mg vials. To prepare a final stock solution of 5 mM, dissolve the 25 mg in 8.96 mL DMSO. This solution can be stored as 50-100 μL aliquots at -20 °C for several months. It is important to avoid exposure to aqueous solutions during storage. Note that the CFSE dye is at a final concentration of 5 μM, however, the optimum concentration may have to be determined for each batch prepared, and then checked every 6 months to ensure it is effective.

Hi. I bought your CFSE. I want to ask how to use it? I follow one paper: doi: 10.1016/j.xcrm.2025.102027. They used CFSE in the final concentration of 0.5 uM for 3 mins at RT. Is this you suggested? And if yes, how to prepare 0.5 uM?
