Questions

  1. What protocol can be used with product 63590?

    1 answer
    1. May Grunwald stain is generally used in combination with Giemsa solution, and there are generally no protocols available for using May Grunwald stain as a stand-alone stain product. The staining obtained with May Grunwald or closely related Romanowsky stain is dependent upon pH, and the pH should be kept within an acceptable range for optimal results.
