General description

filtered through a 0.45 μm membrane filter

Application

suitable as IEF-Marker for HPCE and for IEF-gels

Preparation Note

For use in HPCE the marker should be diluted 1:100 in a suitable ampholyte solution (e.g. 2% ampholyte 3-10), UV-detection at 280 nm (20 °C). For use in IEF-gels the solution can be loaded directly onto the gel (max. 1 μl per lane).
