The solubility of this enzyme is tested on the finished product at 1 mL per vial in water. The 100-unit package size will be readily soluble in 1 mL, however, the number of actual units per vial should be reviewed in the lot-specific certificate of analysis. The vial content is typically greater than 100 units. The reconstitution volume would have to be adjusted accordingly in order to achieve a 100 unit per milliliter concentration.
