Perfect for isolating colonies in cell culture under sterile conditions. The adhesive grease doesn't affect the cells and the plate from which colonies are derived can be left for further cell growth. Easy and straightforward protocol. Used 75uL Trypsin for dissociation and 150uL of growth medium for re-suspension. Was able to obtain and expand clones for analysis.
