Super infection with non-transforming leukaemia virus results in transformation and net amplification of sarcoma-specific RNA sequences.

Application

Virus studies: Moloney MSV and RD-114 helper leukaemia virus Leukemogenesis

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
