Description

General description

Corning 500 mL polypropylene (PP) centrifuge tubes are ideal for applications requiring large volume centrifugation.

• Support cushions (Catalog No. CLS431124 for 500 mL centrifuge tubes) must be used with this product unless the centrifuge rotor has appropriate V-bottom cushions
• High Density Polyethylene plug seal caps
• Maximum RCF of 6,000 x g
• Tubes are sterile and certified nonpyrogenic

These polypropylene tubes are ideal for applications requiring large volume centrifugation. Maximum RCF is 6,000 x g. Polyetherimide support cushions provide the necessary support during centrifugation to prevent these large capacity tubes from collapsing.

Support cushions must be used with this product unless the centrifuge rotor has V-bottom holders.
