General description

Combination rotor is an innovative multi-purpose rotor designed by Corning to add more versatility. This rotor can hold the various tube sizes including a 5 mL microcentrifuge tube, as well as round and conical bottom 15 mL and 50 mL centrifuge tubes. Rotor holds tubes at an increased fixed angle to advance the efficiency of cellular pelleting. An equal g-force is applied to the samples when spinning 15 mL and 50 mL tubes simultaneously.
